I'm busy changing a wheel bearing on my Yukon today. I'm a member of a truck forum and one of the members shot me a link to a Craigslist ad for a set of wheels that are in my area thinking that I might want them. I already have a set but I offered to him that if he was interested I would go pick them up for him and ship them to him. So I will be doing that this afternoon. My company is all across the United States and the office to the south of me is down to one employee so I will be helping to cover their on call today as well.

Question of the day, I really like bold colors. Blues and greens are up there quite a bit but my favorite is purple.

B; eggs with pepper jack and green chili

L; a tamale with refried beans

D; Mexican-ish stuffed tomatoes. We have a lot of giant tomatoes and so this is what I'm coming up with. Most likely I will stuff them with pork, olives, pepper jack, jalapenos, onion, spices and top them with some of my Arizona Gunslinger habanero sauce.

I found that with four meals a day I was eating more than what I was with three meals a day. I am quite satisfied with three meals and it works out very well for me. I will say that I do fight head hunger around the time that I had that 4th meal though.

Your dinner sounds FAB!!! I wish I had a friend around here who's a tinkerer like you. I'm looking at a '70 Cuda & it would be fun to have someone to learn how to tinker with the great ones.

Good morning all, I am still sticking to plan. It amazes me how much easier it is to continue on plan compared with how hard it is to get back on plan. If I were wise, I'd try to keep a mindset of always staying on plan, but I have to admit, there is a part of my brain just counting the days until I can eat the forbidden foods again. breakfast - salmon Lunch - cheeseburger dinner - Dijon lime chicken snack - sugar-free fat-free pudding, atkins peanut butter cup, and a glass of red wine Favorite color was blue most of my life, but lately, I'm attracted to a light mint green - not too dark, and a little on the blue side of green. I have a sweater this color and would wear it everyday when the weather permits. Carol

No walk this morning, had too much to get done before today's show at the theatre. Have to get everything set for my sub while I'm on vacation next week.

QOTD: purple, then red, then (dark) green. My gig clothes are all black (standard uniform for a musician...). I've always disliked blue in general, but the past few years I've come around to it and will even wear it occasionally, if it's bright with an interesting pattern (no solids, ick). House is in earth tones (Go Go 60's architecture!). Hate yellow and orange with a passion, and pastels are absolutely forbidden from my life.

Teriyaki chicken on steamed veggies was my go to at Panda pre-surgery.

Monday again here in Australia - why do the weekends go so fast ! We had a lovely social weekend starting with a night train trip on a steam train Friday night for my best friends twins 18th - lovely dinner in a packing shed and then back to the carpark. Saturday we went to our Farm, the slab has been laid and our builder was there starting to lay out the shed framing - super exciting as we can really see it taking shape. Had a huge family lunch - bring and share. We made lamb hotpot and I did a massive cheese and meat platter. For accountability I wasnt 100% good but I ate protein forward lunch and mainly had cheese and pate for desert. Hard when there are benches overflowing with delicious food but I was pleased to be mostly controlled. Scales went down this morning - possibily as my son and I spent ages picking up and stacking wood at the farm yesterday. Good workout.

QOTD: My favourite colour is Red. My Car is red and I love wearing red tops. Suits my skin tone etc. Even our lounge is red leather :)

So, I was going to bed when you posted this morning, Gwen! I tried to post a "good luck on the race" post but it got eaten so I gave up and went to bed lol

QOTD: My favorite color was purple in my 20s, then it was pink for the last 25 years. Recently I have gravitated to any shade of teal/aqua/Tiffany blue (on the blue side, not the greener shades). I have some shade of aqua in every room except the living room now (I never decorated with pink, it was a fun color for me). I find it so calming, soothing, and restful. So naturally my living room has red/orange, copper and black! lol

Since I'm not working, I tend to sleep late and have been just having 2 meals, which works great for my keto numbers, allows me to get my fat intake where it needs to be without too many calories.

M1: Turkey sausage snack sticks, Swirls cheese sticks, mayo/mustard mix, coffee w/H&H and xylitol

M2: Smoked pulled pork, fresh zucchini slices with three cheese ranch dressing

Yes, ma'am! I thought maybe the first one wouldn't make me happy, but it seemed so impossible to reach in the beginning! lol This one is more of an intermediate goal...when I get there, I will see if I think my ultimate goal is doable (gonna keep that one to myself for now :) ) Thanks, girl!
