Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Saturday 9/16/17
2pm and the sun finally just broke through. It is humid and gross here!
B: 6 small mozz balls
L: mix of ground beef, peppers, onions, salsa and scrambled egg...it was delicious
D: pasta with sauce made from the garden tomatoes... won't get much in, but it will be delicious
E: short walk so far

Happy Saturday, everyone,
I'm sticking to the plan and the weight is coming off slowly. I hope to lose another 5 pounds before my next vacation in 5 weeks. It should be possible if I stick to the plan.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - egg roll stuffing bowl - yum
dinner - not sure... probably Dijon Lime chicken. another great low-cal, low carb dish.
snack - sugar-free fat-free pudding, and my usual glass of red wine.

Dreading today...I have a boatload of homework to finish by midnight and absolutely no motivation. Ugh! I'll get it done, because I am the Queen of Procrastinators, but I reallllly hate that about myself!
Have decided yogurt is no longer my friend, makes me gassy and nauseous, so have to switch up breakfast. I'm really going to miss my morning yogurt

L: Leftover chicken taco salad from yesterday
D: Celery with natural peanut butter
