The nurse at my surgeon's office believes I had a dumping episode due to the sugar alcohol in sugar-free Popsicles. Does this mean that I can no longer have any kind of artificial sweetener in the future? I really enjoy drinks like iced tea, Crystal Lite, and Diet Peach Snapple although I am only drinking water for the time being.

You need to avoid sugar alcohols. Iced tea, crystal light and Snapple are not sweetened with sugar alcohols
