Day 5 stall NSV
I am going to give you the opposite side of that coin. I weigh daily since pre-op and record weekly. I can tell you what I weighed any given week for the past three years. It is all in my phone notes.
Daily keeps me accountable and if I see too many days of nothing happening or creeping in the wrong direction, I re-examine what I've been doing. Sometimes there is something to change, sometimes there isn't
You have to know yourself. People swore by My Fitness Pal during weight loss... I couldn't do it, I became too obsessive. Again Know yourself. Now during maintenance I do use it.

That's because I forgot to include my NSV LOL !!! I started soft foods yesterday, and am doing fairly well. I was pretty nervous because I suffered stomach cramping/spasms for 2 weeks every time I ate or drank anything.
I weighed once a month while losing because I knew that would work best for my mind. I've been weighing daily since I felt I was in maintenance (almost a year now).

I think I may start weighing monthly. I have been weighing daily (VSG 8/20/17) and this last week I actually GAINED 1.8lbs! I have stayed on plan with my diet, drank all my water & exercised. I know the weight will come off if I stick to my plan and just keep plugging away but it still sucks to see a gain even knowing that it's a possibility. I used to do monthly weigh in's and I liked that much better.
