E: I walked - yay for me. My steps have been ridiculously low with the dog recovering from surgery and my husband's broken leg - so I walked at lunch with my boss - good times

Our UPS guy does not love dogs, but the FedEx man leaves biscuits for the dog (and the dog knows it and has a freak out when he pulls in the driveway!).

This morning was pretty busy for me as I am just 2 weeks post op at this point. Had some follow up appointments with my doctors and it looks like everything is healing well and I'm on track. I've hit a bit of a stall but I know it will pass soon so I'm not worried.
Just moved on to pureed foods so today's menu is finally a bit different! Yay.
B - Leanfit Chocolate Protein Shake (1/2 water, 1/2 skim milk)
L - pureed Egg Salad w/ Melba Toast
S - IOGO Protein Yogurt
D - Pureed Beef Soup w/ additional protein powder
I'm not planning another snack but if I have one it will be yogurt again.

I started an antibiotic last night for an infected cyst. I'm really tired today. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow since we have visitation and funeral on Saturday.

Hello! I had a "get back on track" appointment with the dietitian at my surgeon's office this morning. Even though I'd eaten breakfast and drank most of my coffee beforehand (oops, didn't realize she was going to weigh me!), I'm down a little from my surgical follow-up a couple weeks ago. She seemed to think that I'm on the right track, so that's good to hear. Sometimes I feel like I'm a huge WLS failure because I gained some back, but she pointed out that my BMI is still well in the normal range.
QOTD--Nope, no subscriptions. I am an Amazon Prime addict, though.
B: Homemade pumpkin protein yogurt with quinoa granola. Coffee w/ 2% Fairlife and SF Torani syrup.
S: 2 cups SF chai tea made with FF Fairlife
L: 1 oz. turkey pepperoni, 1 oz. Parmesan cheese, bell pepper strips with 2 tb. hummus
S: Vermont chipotle meat stick, light Babybel cheese, 1/2 cup mixed berries
D: We'll probably go out for Indian tonight, so some sort of paneer dish (sans rice) and a small piece of garlic naan

E: My husband and I take swing dancing lessons, and we're going to a lindy hop practice session this evening.
Got an A on my first psych paper...super exiciting and very happy! First thing I ever wrote in APA style so I was sweating that one for sure! Forging ahead!
QOTD: No boxes or anything like that. I have Amazon Prime, and I do the majority of my online shopping at Amazon as long as I can get good prices. I freaking love it! Saves your life when you live in East Jesus Nowhere! lol
