Work on what you're eating first and foremost. Exercise has lots of health benefits, but you can't out-exercise a bad diet.

Thank you everyone who took the time to reply and offer help. Today is a new day and I started tracking food and water intake again. I will keep you all posted :) .

Me too, regain of 10 lbs since last yr, was so close to goal last yr, got sick and didn't stay on program, I was really unwell, in hospital etc. But yesterday went to my surgeon and we are working on getting me healthy and lose the weight. Let's do this together, can't do this alone. You will be fine. I was told to journal everything and I see the nutritionist next Wednesday.
