I loved pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, but not so much all the other "pumpkin spice" stuff.

B-1 egg w/ crumbled venison sausage.

L-2oz venison steak, pinto beans, pico de gallo

S-premier protein shake

d-grilled chicken with side salad.

My SIL passed away last night. I'm sad today and don't feel like eating and drinking but I'm trying.

QOTD: I enjoy pumpkin spice, but I don't go wild over it. I'm more of a chai person. And I live for peppermint mocha season!

B: Coffee w/ 2% Fairlife and SF Torani syrup on my commute; homemade pumpkin protein Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup quinoa granola on top

S: 2 cups of SF chai tea made with fat-free Fairlife

L: 1 oz turkey pepperoni, light Babybel cheese, and 1 oz roasted chickpeas

S: Vermont ancho pepper turkey stick, reduced-fat string cheese, and 1/2 cup mixed berries

D: I have some bell peppers to use up, so I may grab some smoked sausage and cook sausage, peppers, and onions.

S: Quest bar

I've been trying to cut out nuts as a snack and cut down to one Quest bar a day!

Good Morning all :) Second last day of the working week - whose counting right ! Had a lovely anniversary dinner out with Hubby last night. I ordered the Pork Ribs with Coleslaw - came with chips but I only ate a bite and realised I don't actually miss them. Mark that moment in time...... Only downside was I didn't stop when I thought I was full - that 1 extra bite got me - uggg was uncomfortable for the drive home but lesson learnt. Have leftovers today and was heaps for Hubby to have a BIG lunch too. I'm such a cheap shout these days

QOTD: We dont have Pumpkin Spice in Australia as far as I am aware. I see it mentioned a lot here and also in the recipes but havent tried it. As far as pumpkin the vegetable goes, it would be one of my favourites. I love it roasted, made into soup, popped on pita pizzas, in frittatas and the list goes on.

B: Emiepies Egg Salad with Bacon - last of the batch (will definately make again)

S: Yo Pro Yoghurt

L: Leftover pork rib with coleslaw

S: Babybel Cheese

D: Something out of the freezer

Glad going back to school went well Erin - I remember the turmoil of that settling back in phase only too well and my kids are now 18 & 20.
