Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 9/5/17
QOTD: I'm midway...I like my time with family and friends, and I like to go out and do things, but generic people, for the most part, make me crazy. I have lived alone for the majority of my adult life, so I need the quiet and alone time for my sanity. When my folks were alive and the whole family would be over at their house, and the noise and chaos would get to me. I would hear someone say "Where's Cathy?" Someone else would say "You know she's in the living room getting her quiet time." lol
B: Butter lettuce w/bacon and avocado ranch dressing, coffee w/H&H and xylitol
L & D: Chicken Italian sausage, fresh zucchini w/homemade horseradish sauce

Brrrr Morning All - Low 40's rain, hail and high winds. Not the start of Spring I would like. Got totally drowned with my son last night - soaked to the skin. Went to get Hubby his Birthday Present and when we went to leave it was absolutely teeming down. Wood fire was roaring last night as I baked the boys a Chia, coconut & Lemon loaf.
QOTD: Im an extrovert, find talking to people easy and socialising. We are always on the go between work, travelling and keeping on top of things. I must admit though I love to spend a quiet night or weekend at home just pottering, cook a nice meal, curl up and watch a movie with Hubby and our 3 dogs. Thats my downtime.

D: We are going to local cafe for our anniversary (today) - Rib n Rump night so will eat some and no doubt be eating leftovers for days. My mum is shouting us out to dinner - shes a gem

I sort of in the middle, but more extroverted. I do love my quiet time, but I am just as happy when the family is at my house and grandkids (we have 11) are running all over.
I had some type of stomach flu over the weekend and barely ate anything, but I have been hungry today.
Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - chicken soup (Progresso Light Chicken and Dumpling) spread over two hours
Snack - protein bar
Dinner - turmeric chicken stew (made with eggplant and sweet potatoes) over brown rice.
