Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 9/5/17
Back to work today! A little distracted.
It's been decided to bring grammy back to her home for hospice at this point. There's family here, and more coming. It looks like its not going to be long. One of my Aunt and Uncles are in the path of the hurricaine in Tampa, so that one is problematic. This kind of stuff is chaotic.
Still not tracking food. Eating PB with one slice of bread, here and there, and red grapefruit. Lots of coffee on the overnights in the hospital. My weight this morning was 160.4. Big drop. I've got to add some protein. Had salmon for dinner last night, so that was good. Exercise is gonna go on hold this week, and maybe next. Getting all the kisses, and words of wisdom, I can is most important for the foreseeable future.
QOTD: I'm a definite extro! I used to play in bands and love doing crazy stuff. No surprise alcohol used to be a big part of that too. I am appreciating myself without it though. Finding my natural extro. But like many others have stated, I need that solitary, recharge time.

It's been a rough weekend, our fires are worse due to high winds at night. We are at a "unhealthy" air quality warning right now. While at work on Sunday they closed and evacuated the west side of Glacier Park, I felt bad for the people that traveled so far to see it.
QOTD: Definitely an introvert, that hasn't changed much. I don't mind being social if it is somewhere I don't have to stand around and make small talk. Organized events work the best, trivia night, Bunko, concerts and my weekly Maj Jong game. I find that if I have my dog with me I do really well, the attention is on her:-)

Back at work after a long, but exercise-filled weekend.
QOTD: I'm definitely an introvert, but I work in an extroverted field, so I am zealous about guarding my recharge time and alone time. I love hanging out with friends, but I prefer it be scheduled in advance, and I need time afterwards to recharge at home. Doing things like Disneyland or Walt Disney World requires weeks of recovery after having to deal with crowds and all the loud, obnoxious people.
