I believe I looked at them but decided the calories were too high.

I did make my own popsicles with plain greek yogurt and fuzzy navel syntrax protein powder.

Do what you need to do to get through the liquids stage. Some SF fudge pops won't derail your weight loss at this point, although once you are eating solid food you will want to stick with mostly protein and fat.

I make my own by freezing chocolate Muscle Milk. It is very refreshing and helps me stay on plan.

Sugar free can be made with sugar alcohol that can cause lots of cramping, gas, and diarrhea. Check for ingredients like sorbitol and maltitol

It will say sweetened with splenda on the box but when you check ingredients you find the other sweeteners.

If you're on clear liquids, I say no. Once you get on full liquids or purees, then go for it!

I don't remember when I started eating them, but they truly got me through the weight loss stage - even when going wild, I would eat 2 for a total calories of 80. They are delicious and don't taste like fake sugar.

I eat them occasionally *now*, but I didn't the first few months after surgery. The sugar alcohol in them bothers my stomach, so I've never been able to eat more than two (which is a positive...)

I ate SF popsicles just 2 days after my surgery and then about 2 weeks after surgery I was told by my nutritionist that I could have SF fudgesicles. I only ate them during early post op. I rarely eat SF popsicles or fugesicles now.

My team was fine with them post op. I still have one when I'm craving something cold and sweet. Not a bad use of 50 or 60 calories.

Keep on losing!
