Read Cafe Frisco on the lapsf.com website. It has lots of good stuff though not so much for the soft phase. I used to cook a chicken breast, grind it up and then put a couple of spoons of it in chicken broth. Cottage cheese and greek yogurt are good too. Flavored tuna in packets is pretty good and soft.
