Cook Books?
Does anyone have any recommendations on good Bariatric Cook books? I was searching the iBooks app on my phone and I only found one.
I'm having trouble coming up with things to eat during the soft foods stage. Everyday it's the same thing, applesauce, yogurt, popsicles, sometimes I have scrambled eggs for breakfast, pintos with cheese, Wendy's chili... What else can I have?

I really like Paleo blogs. I find Paleo recipes to be very sleeve-friendly.
As for soft foods? Skip the applesauce - it's just sugar. I ate a lot of fish. Tilapia is a great soft fish.

I do the applesauce usually for breakfast because its easier for me to take my capsule medication that way. Surgeon was fine with it! I'm not too fond of tilapia, but I do like salmon and cod.
I feel bad because I don't even cook dinner anymore because I can't eat anything, and my boyfriend ends up eating and cooking alone. So frustrating during this recovery process.

Surgeons are great cutters, but not always great with nutritional advice. Perhaps you could do the medication in yogurt instead.
The initial food stages of recovery are annoying - I agree. Thankfully, they're short in the scheme of things and, a year from now, you'll barely remember how frustrating it was. Your boyfriend will survive these short weeks. :)

I don't start puree's until Sunday but I am dying to make her ricotta bake. Looks so delicious! I plan on living off of that and a buffalo chicken dip recipe I found. I've never been so excited to eat "baby food!" lol!
I agree that Shelly's blog - The World According to Eggface is exceptional for bariatric recipes. I would also recommend browsing Pinterest for ideas. I don't start the puree phase until next week. Here are a couple I thought looked good:
