Crossposting this because I know not everyone reads all the different forums!

Have any of you used either of these apps? What was/is your experience with them? Do you use the free or the paid version?

I have the free Fitstar on my phone but haven't used it yet. My daughter uses the paid version and loves it. Finds it interesting, has a lot of variety and she uses it to track her food (I believe). She was not into exercise before but she has gained a lot of strength using it and list a few pounds.

Awesome! (I think it syncs with MyFitnessPal for food tracking?) And my understanding is that it's all body-weight type stuff, so you don't need equipment. Although I do have a ton of equipment at home. Sigh.

I think so. She has no equipment at home and didn't go to the gym and she found it valuable. Good luck and let me know how it goes. Hope you are feeling better and have more mobility in your upper body. Take care of yourself.
