QOTD: There are so many things that are better post-surgery. I just love the way I look in clothes. I'm just so happy to look normal sized. The other thing that came to mind is fitting in an airplane seat with seat-belt to spare -- and having the energy to travel and keep up with the tours. My hubby and I are making up for lost time, and traveling regularly -- Greece and Israel, Russia and the Baltic. Australia and New Zealand. In 6 weeks we leave for South America, Machu Picchu and the Galapagos. Africa next! I love my sleeve!

QOTD..I love that I can finally be the mother and wife my family deserves. Also, no longer being the fattest person in the room and being so self conscious and trying to either blend in or be unnoticed. People notice me now and listen to what so have to say. People don't gawk at my plate in restaurants because they want to see what or how much the fat chick will eat.I can go into a regular store and buy clothes..still plus size but regular stuff, not special ordered, taking a chance and hope it fits. I still see the larger me in the mirror sometimes, but my smile is definitely bigger.

B premier caramel in decaf coffee

S deviled eggs

L chili

D pork chop casserole (just meat/sauce for me)

Vitamins and water good. Walking and cleaning at the shop.

Just spent half the day running around getting my license plates renewed. Good grief. My wallet is a great deal lighter--had a get a new tire (EEK!) and new wiper blades. Even cheap tires aren't cheap! Between having to get a new tire and a snafu with personal property tax, I had to go some places twice. At least it's done! Sheesh!

QOTD: I second what so many have said already, but my very favorite thing is that I can move better, walk better, have so much less pain in my knees and back, and I can do my grocery shopping and go all over Hellmart without getting short of breath or red in the face! Having extra room in a theater seat was a shock and a pleasure, too. Fitting in seats, not worrying about whether or not a chair is strong enough to hold me, being the smallest person at the table at a restaurant (that was a huge shock!), being able to sit in booths, shopping in the regular clothes section for the first time since I was a teenager! Strangers look at me with no hint of disgust, nobody watches what I eat at a restaurant, I no longer have to scope out someplace to sit where I don't hinder the flow of foot traffic. So many things!!

Only 2 meals and maybe a snack before bed today because of a late start and everything taking 3x as long as I thought!

Brunch: Deli roast beef

Dinner: Pork sausage patties, egg and cheese, maybe some zucchini

Snack: Pistachio nuts

Water and vites on track

E: Running around like a chicken with my head cut off!! lol

Good Morning :)

Had to hose the ice off the windscreen this morning - BRRRRRR Cant wait for the start of Spring tommorrow as so sick of being bone cold..

QOTD: I love that I can walk without limping due to my knee. I feel so much better and this will only continue to improve. Plus the fact that I am delaying my knee re-construction till I am older through not having so much pain etc. Surgeon wanted me to try and get over 50 and I should do that easily

S: Laughing Cow Cheese

L: Bacon and Veg Frittata (leftovers from last night)

D: Lamb Bolognaise - Hubby is cooking - they will have their with pasta

Have a great day/evening all
