Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 8/29/17
Before surgery, I always said I was apple shaped. Carried a ton of weight in my waist. Now I'm just straight up and down, but still am bigger in the waist than I should be because of the deflated skin/apron.

LBL/BL w/ Fat Transfer 1/29/18
B: 7:00AM - Drank a Premier Protein - Chocolate Shake on the way to work then had a Starbucks Venti Iced Coffee with sygar free vanilla and a splash of half/half
S: 10:00AM - Drank another Premier Protein - Chocolate Shake
GYM: 11:00AM - Ran for 30 minutes
L: 1:00PM - Cup of Specialty's Cafe & Bakery - Tuscan Vegetable Soup w/ side of grilled chicken
D: Jimmy Johns Italian Night club, no mayo and unwiched. I'll only eat half.
