Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 8/29/17
Morning all. Down a pound today. All of my stress lately has contributed to a decent weight loss the last week.
QOTD: I may be with you on the yogurt, Erin. There are so many different kinds and different uses. But if it were based on simple love of food, I would have to go with Texas style brisket. The really good stuff. I think I could eat it every day for sure.
B: coffee and yogurt
L: chicken breast and salad
D: tbd. need to go to the store
S: tbd
HW: 375 SW: 282 CW: 167 GW: 159
All the bad stuff is out of the house. Being a life long food addict, I had to eat it. Couldn't possibly throw it out...
QOTD: E-Gads. That's a toughie. Salmon. I could have Sashimi or lightly cooked. I might survive a couple years. But I don't think it would be much of a life.
AM: Coffee w/SF white mocha
B: Red Grapefruit, maybe HB egg
L: Chicken thigh, cottage cheese
**B&L change to cheese stick wrapped in thin sliced roast beef**
S: Cold Caramel PP with Espresso Shots
D: Chicken thigh, avacado, cottage cheese
water & vites
I've probably mentioned this before, but whenever I'm in Norway I make it my goal to eat salmon every day. (Sometimes I even aim for every single meal!) LOVE salmon.

Rachel,
I understand about having to throw things away after you spent money on it. I'll eat it too until it's gone. The ice cream is gone now hopefully I don't buy anymore.
QOTD: If I'm going for health, I'd vote for salmon, too . I have it for breakfast every day. If I'm going for enjoyment and throwing caution to the wind, it would definitely be chocolate. I'd also consider chicken as one can serve it in so many different ways - although I don't know if the question allows for other ingredients! (smile)
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - chicken with Apricots and Kalamata olives - yum
dinner - phily cheese steak sloppy joes.
snack - sugar-free fat-free pudding
Have a good day, everyone.
Carol

The scale really feels like an enemy right now. I have no confidence that it will ever show my weight decreasing again!
QOTD: eggs. I wouldn't be happy but I'd probably be healthy.
B: coffee and PP, 1tsp yogurt because I wanted to try it, 2 bites of my kids omlet because I didn't resist.
L: 2.6 oz leftover teriyaki chicken
D: pesto chicken salad
S: quest bar, beef jerky
