Full liquid phase question

Not sure any of the cream soups have no lumps at all. Best thing to do would be to get a fine sieve, or perhaps some cheesecloth, and strain the soups to make sure. My favorite yogurt is Dannon Light & Fit 80 Greek yogurt. It has several flavors that have no fruit or lumps. My personal favorites are vanilla and toasted coconut, and are both perfectly smooth.

I went with Campbell's cream soups. Mushroom, chicken, cheese, that sort of thing. I ran the soup through a strainer to catch any chunks or lumps that may have been in there.

I'm on the full liquids phase right now and I've been enjoying the Campbell's cheese soup a lot this last week. I have only prepared one can of soup and it has lasted me 3 days so far. I start purees this coming Sunday and I can't wait to make a ricotta bake! Good luck on your full liquids phase!

Hello, I am a newbie

I start the full liquid phase in few days and wanted to ask what type of creamed soup and sugar free yogurt to buy that doesn't have chunks?

Thank you for you help!

there is no such thing as sugar free yogurt because yogurt is made from milk and milk has sugar, lactose.

You want to look for "no added sugar" or "artificially sweetened" yogurt.

I personally think that Oikos brand tastes like what school glue must taste like. I don't really have a favorite so can't help there.

Any strained cream soup is fine.

On the full liquid stage I was allowed to blend any soup and strain. Good old fashioned chicken noodle was my go to.
