Pain
I had my sleeve done 5 days ago. I am experiencing lots of abdominal pain. Whenever I get in and out of bed or get up from sofa I feel a burning/pulling sensation. Is this normal? It is worse today than yesterday. I did do a lot of walking yesterday. Doctors office says apply heating pad and use binder. I just can't help but worry something is wrong.
That is pretty normal, especially around where your deepest incision is located. Walking is great, but don't overdo it. Walk slow and on level surfaces for now.
The binder is a great idea, it will lessen that pulling feeling. As long as your incisions don't get red and hot, the pain will get easier as time goes by. Hang in there!
Are you taking your pain medication?

the only thing wrong is you are possibly having too much activity too soon.
If " quote a bit of walking " made you hurt like this, then it is too soon for quite a bit of walking.
