Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Saturday 8/26/17
Hi all,
Day 4 back on track. The number on the scale is coming down again, thank goodness.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - cheeseburger pie
snack - spinach salad
dinner - chicken with apricots and Kalamata olives - yum
snack - pudding or cucumbers in a sweet and sour yogurt dressing. also yum.
QOTD: Before I lost weight, I was 385 pounds and I felt like the only fat person in the world. After I lost weight, I started to notice how many people are heavy and I wish I could help them find their way to WLS, as its been so successful for me. But I know its not polite to accost others, especially strangers, with my ideas and enthusiasm, so I restrain myself. hehehe

I'm going to a gender reveal party tonight.
QOTD I can see myself thinner most of the time. But when other people ask me if they look like their losing weigh, I can't tell unless its dramatic. When im out with my friend, she will point out a overweight person and say something being so big, it hurts my feelings because I used to be there.
