Hello All-

I just joined today because I need an outlet. I'm eating 500-700 calories daily, 2 1/2 week post-op, and I haven't lost a single pound in 5 days! What am I doing wrong? I really need help to prevent myself from being discouraged.

Thanks,

Chiquita

Make sure you are working your program. For me this means planning and writing down what I'm eating. I have to measure because otherwise i will be totally off on the serving size. By tracking I know what I'm doing. Otherwise it is all just guess work. And guess work regarding how much I was eating is partially to blame on how I got myself into super morbidly obese world.

It's perfectly normal to hit a stall at this time. It's commonly known as "the dreaded 3 week stall." Search for it in the search function, and you'll find lots of people asking about it. Your body is suddenly saying...hey, wait a minute!! It can last a couple of weeks, just stay the course, and you'll see the weight start dropping again all of a sudden.

Actually its very common to hit a stall around the 3 week mark. Just stick to your plan.

If you fall down you just have to get back up.
