B: omelet made with 1 egg, cheddar cheese, green onions, and black olives

S: optimum nutrition red velvet protein cake bites

L: chicken meatballs topped with shredded cheese and some spicy aioli lime sauce + grapes

D: skinless grilled chicken thigh quarter

S: some kind of coffee probably

QOTD..My luxury expense would be my kitchen gadgets. I do ALOT of cooking and baking for family and friends. I sell desserts, mostly during the holidays. I cook often for church and some of the organizations we are members of so I like the professional stuff.. my favorites are my Kitchen Aid stand mixers..I have 2! I also love chef quality cookware sets, knives and casserole dishes, maybe I am a kitchen hoarder I secretly want to be like the Barefoot Contessa or Pioneer Woman! Shhh!

Good Morning - back in the office today after spending the day working from home then taking Hubby into hospital for his surgery. I was back in there till late and struggled to get out of bed this am. Main thing is hes comfortable and we will wait to see if he gets to come home tonight

QOTD: I have our house cleaned every Friday - its such a relief after a long week working to come home to a nice clean house to start the weekend. It frees up my time to tackle the washing, meal preparations etc and we are away weekends a lot at our block. The builder poured the slab yesterday so we are finally able to see real progress. Super excited

B: Chobani Plain Yoghurt with fresh blackberries (bought in bulk from farm and froze over summer)

S: Babybel Cheese

D: TBD - As Im not sure if I will be bringing hubby home or sitting in hospital with him

Have a job interview Monday morning! Not really a job I want, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do, right? I've applied for another one I really, really want...fingers crossed I get an interview for that one ASAP!

QOTD: I've cut my budget to the bone, so no luxuries, per se. If I had to pick something, I guess it would be the lovely smoked pulled pork I get at the local smokehouse. I could live without it, but it's so nice not to have to cook, and I eat it every week, so I guess that would be mine! lol

B: Dannon L&F 80 vanilla w/peanut butter and Fiber One, coffee w/H&H and xylitol

L: Baby lettuce salad w/cheddar jack cheese and avocado ranch dressing

D: Smoked pulled pork (lol) and fresh zucchini w/sour cream

Today was another "nothing" day at work... I'm done with this month's work, so just puttering around and reading the interwebs. Gives me lots of time to go on walks during the day, though!

QOTD: One thing I won't give up is haircuts. I'm mostly bald, but still need a haircut every three weeks or so. I can do it myself, or get my spouse to do it, but I refuse. Nothing like a clean professional haircut.

D: ??? going to push to go out tonight, I worked from home twice this week and I'm going stir crazy.
