I'm a newbie...but stalled
Three months is not a stall, it's maintenance. If it were me, I would increase fluid, increase protein, and cut calories. Myfitnesspal is an amazing tool to keep me on track.

This is where the work begins. Your honeymoon period is probably over, so take inventory of how far you've come and congratulate yourself for that. How much do you still want to lose? Is it worth putting yourself through the old habits of dieting? I was 5 lbs from my optimal weight, and I decided it wasn't worth it. I wasn't reckless with eating, but didn't want to put myself through diet torture either, so I decided to be content with my success and was mindful to set myself a window of regain (because a little bit is normal) and define my boundaries.
Next, it's probably much easier to eat everything, so the food journal will help you figure out where you might be overdoing so you can adjust, be it with a diet or mindfulness. Once you really know your numbers for protein and carbs of your standard favorites, you can let off and pick it up if you feel your eating is getting out of control.

Thank you all so much for the replies. I work 10 hours a day at a desk, so my days off I do average more.
B- 2 strips of bacon, I still wait an hour to drink, but it's coffee with cream and 4 equal
L- 3 ounces of grilled chicken breast OR an hamburger patty with cheese and an ounce of meat chili on top, with cheese
d-Greek yogurt and string cheese. Sometimes I eat whatever I cook my family, but I've been so self conscious lately.
I drink Powerade zero all day. Started adding a premier between lunch and dinner.
Eating too little is not a thing. Eating less over three months does not lead to a stall, there would be a loss.
If folks aren't closely weighing and tracking food, they are eating more than they think. Usually a lot more. That's what leads to gains and premature maintenance -- not eating too little.
Most of us got to morbid obesity by thinking we were eating a lot less than we really were.
