QOTD: As the timing of my posts usually proves, I am very much a night owl (have been my whole life), and when I'm not working I sleep in. Working SO interrupts my night owl schedule lol
B: Dannon L&F Greek yogurt w/Fiber One, coffee w/H&H and xylitol
L: Turkey sausage snack sticks and Swirls cheese sticks
D: Chicken italian sausage w/mozzarella cheese, fresh zucchini w/avocado ranch dressing
Water and vites on track
E: Not sure
I'm usually up by 6:30 to get hubby off to work and school starts back tomorrow, so no more sleeping in for me. I like to sleep late, but I prefer to get up early when I have errands to run and things to do..get em out of the way! So I guess the answer is both, just depends on the plans for the day.

Vitamins and water in. Walking, supply shopping for the shop at Home Depot again (hope this was the last trip for awhile) and then more painting this evening.

Hi all,
Busy day today picking up car from shop and then picking up friend from hospital and driving her home an hour away. Got a really good walk in this morning so that makes me happy.
B: coffee w/ cream & sugar, HB egg
L: Homemade protein shake:cashew milk, cold brew coffee, syntrax caramel macchiato, strawberries, flax meal and plain greek yogurt
S: 2 KFC hot wings (fewer calories than I expected), swiss cheese slice and turkey pepperoni (not all at same time)
D: 2 KFC hot wings, nonfat americano misto coffee w/ splenda
E: brisk 30 minute walk
liquids: close on 2L water today plus coffee/tea
Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
