Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday 8/14/17
Good morning! I'm behind on posting today, as I got up a bit later than normal and felt like I had tons of food to pack! Maintenance eating seems like so much food. I'm seeing my trainer tonight for the first time in a week, because of being out of town so I should be good and sore tomorrow!
Nearly 7 months post-op & trying to move to maintenance/140.4lbs this morning
M1: Premier Protein, Coffee & Miralax (1 TBSP heavy cream in my first cup)

M5: Boneless, Skinless chicken thigh and veggie
E: Upper body work out with my trainer

Monday's come way too fast. I kept myself busy cleaning and walking since I didn't have any real plans for the weekend. It may be time for another clothing purge since I still have stuff I didn't get rid of the first time.

Good morning! Had a good busy weekend. Monday rolled around way too soon. We went to a baseball game on Saturday night, and spent yesterday hanging pictures and shopping. I splurged a little too much at the game, so back on the straight and narrow today.

Good morning!
Well I tried to get fancy with my yogurt and mix a little protein powder in it to get some more protein in. Gag. Ruined a perfectly good yogurt! It was like I dumped chalk in it.
This afternoon from 2-4 I'm going to a brunch cooking class with a friend. I suspect we'll eat our class projects so I'm skipping my normal lunch and waiting to eat brunchy stuff late.

I've been thinking of trying to add some protein to my morning yogurt too. Maybe I will forgo that. Ha ha.
I ordered some Chike coffee protein powder and it arrived yesterday. I haven't tried it out yet, but I think I'm going to add it to my morning or mid-morning routine.

Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
Sundays are my days to not track my food and eat whatever I want. Back on track today!
AM: K-cups with Van PP (gotta get rid of those things. My new coffee machine comes today!)
