Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday 8/10/17
Yes! I second Hala's comments about the other vitamins. This is the supplement I take -- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NRQDT70/ -- I hate the size of the horse pills, and that I need to choke down 6 each day, but I like that it has the other vitamins and minerals necessary for calcium utilization. (I remember that I changed my calcium supplement during my Anatomy classes, after learning all about bone formation. Heh.)
Your results are AWESOME. (But they're awesome because you've worked really hard, and that shows.)

Thanks for including the link. I need something other than my current horse pills and wanted to broaden my nutrient intake.

I made pork tenderloin carnitas yesterday in the crockpot. It was a big hit! Here's the super easy recipe if anyone's interested: Paleo Carnitas with Pork Tenderloin I served it in bowls with choice of shredded lettuce, sautéed peppers and onion, guacamole, black beans, chopped tomatoes, salsa, cheese, and lime juice. People could put what they wanted on it. Delicious!
B - coffee and yogurt
L - leftover carnitas
D - Real Good pizza
S - beef jerky
I have infinite pork tenderloin in my freezer, so I'm always on the lookout for new pork tenderloin recipes. Thank you for sharing this!
(My mom lives at a CCRC and gets a food allowance and she can't always use it all because she's got a super busy lifestyle. She can buy "pantry" items with leftover money so frequently gifts me pork tenderloins because they're the best bang for the buck in the pantry, and I can always use them. But now I've got at least 10 in my freezer!)

My local market seems to run out of them all the time, so when I see a pack I buy it and throw it in the freezer. (They always have those fake pork tenderloins that are just dry, chewy pork loins that are trimmed to look like a tenderloin. Disappointing. Grrr.)
Here's another good recipe: Caribbean Grilled Pork Tenderloin & Grilled Pineapple Salsa It's a Cooking Light Magazine recipe and comes together really fast.
Good morning all. Finding myself feeling a little depressed this week. I think I'm still not up to par after being sick this past weekend. Lots of drama going on at work and it all adds up to just feeling blah. Looking forward to the weekend.
I've noticed that since I was sick, I can't eat much at all. Not complaining, but it's really odd. Like only a few bites and I'm full. Water isn't going down easy either.
B: coffee, yogurt, and a baked chicken wing
L: baked chicken and a few bites of salad
D: probably more chicken as I have way too much in the fridge
