Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday 8/7/17
Good Morning! It's Monday again and I'm back to my 5:30 am wake up time. Today I have a newbie starting at work, so it should be a busy day showing him around and getting all his accounts in place (I work in IT, so there's a lot of stuff we have access to!). Tomorrow I leave for DC for a few days and I will be having a DEXA scan and RMR test while I'm there! I'm hoping to be out here by 4 am tomorrow morning so I can make sure to avoid rush hours.
M1: Premier Protein & Coffee w/ Miralax
M2: Triple Zero Yogurt w/ Blackberries, Blueberries, and Sunflower Seeds
M3: Taking the newbie out for lunch, so I'll probably a cheese burger w/o bun
M4: Grilled BBQ chicken thigh
E: Plank challenge day #4! Given we did an 8-mile hike yesterday, I'll take it easy today!

Happy Monday - another weekend bites the dust, where does the time go? I had a busy weekend , yet managed to hit the gym both mornings! Eating was right on , though I went to a brewfest and had a couple of samples.

Had a really horrible weekend. Woke up at 6am Saturday with a stomach bug. Dry heaving, weakness, dizziness, the works. I wasn't able to eat or drink for almost two days. I only got a bottle of water in each day -- not good. Finally had some soup last night. Back at work today and am trying to get some water in before I'm completely dehydrated.
I figured I would have a good weight loss at least. Nope. Sitting firmly at 180.
