I had my surgery 7/17/17 and lost 9lbs the first 2 weeks. And I have not lost any since then...getting frustrated as I am on the pureed and only eating about 1/4 at the most each meal. Any Help?

This is totally normal :) Your body is basically saying "omg what did you do to me I will now dig my heels in and refuse to give you what you want." Just stick to your plan and you'll see the scale move in the right direction again!

One thing I think we also forget is that it's unlikely, when we were gaining weight, that we gained consistently and steadily. I certainly didn't pay daily attention to my weight to notice. So it makes sense to me that we lose spastically too. We're just more aware and annoyed by this on the downhill side of weight loss :)
