Every thing was my thing :( Luckily I was able to roll my eyes at the ridiculous timing and keep on walking today!

One of the many things that I like about grocery shopping now is that I don't go down aisles. I loop through the people who don't hunt area, hit the carnivore pleaser section and Mooooo through the dairy air like a greased watermelon in a summertime lake. So little temptation when you literally cruise the outside walls.
That's definitely how it goes for me while shopping. Silly me went through the middle as a shortcut to the pharmacy counter to drop off my prescriptions for my upcoming surgery though. Good thing I was able to just roll my eyes at the timing and keep walking :D

I'm doing something I never done before tomorrow, I'm going kayaking.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D last of the blue cheese hamburger patty and if i get to the store ill have zucchini zoodles or asparagus if not.
S hot dogs and tropical fruit cup

I'm finally back on track and I'm down 5 pounds from my post-broken-arm high of 180. I have one more week before I travel to San Francisco for a week visiting friends, and then another 8 weeks to get back to 165 before my trip to South America.
Breakast - salmon
lunch - crustless mushroom quiche made with greek yogurt
dinner - chicken and broccoli or eggroll bowl salad (yum)
snack - sugar-free fat-free pudding and a glass of red wine

Cutting back my calories a little has helped, down another pound. This last few pounds to goal IS KILLING ME lol! Soooo cool here today, high just around 78F!! So weird for this time of year, usually we're sweltering. I'm not complaining one tiny bit, though, even though I froze my tuchas off!
B: Dannon L&F 80 yogurt w/Super 5 Seed granola, coffee w/H&H and xylitol
L: Cottage cheese and bacon
D: Baby leaf lettuce, zucchini, grape tomatoes, shredded chicken and ranch dressing

Well, here I am at 6pm...
Had salmon for dinner yesterday, and enough for leftovers for several days!
AM: Macadamia Nut K-cups with SF torani white chocolate and PP
L: Chicken Breast, cottage cheese, and hummus
S: Pepper Jack Cheese Stick
D: Chicken Breast, hummus & Avacado with habanero sauce
