Favorite High Protein Easy Breakfast?

Ok, I just made the best smoothie ever! According to my tracker, it has 240 calories, 4 grams of fat, 16g of carbs, and a whopping 40 grams of protein! The carbs are a bit high, but I don't really get them anywhere else for the rest of the day...and the protein makes it totally worth it! Sometimes, I also mix some Benefiber or Miralax in with it.
1/2 of a 11 fl. oz. container of Premier Protein RTD, chocolate
2 oz water
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 tablespoon natural unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp. PB2
1 scoop Beneprotein
spinach
ice
