I'm tired today even though I got enough sleep so I don't know what is going on.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D blue cheese hamburger patty and corn on the cob.
S hot dogs and tropical fruit cup

Quiet day here, in the process of reconciling July. Beginning of the month always goes quickly for me.
Still having leg pain, still walking and doing stairs nonetheless.
B: protein shake with zero calorie mint syrup
L: 2 oz spiced up chicken with some broccoli slaw and riced cauliflower with wasabi dijon vinaigrette
S: protein shake
D: ???
E: 3k walk so far, will do another 3k this afternoon. 100+ flights of stairs

I haven't even taken the chance to read this thread. Just now getting to post.
I got almost 10 miles of steps in yesterday. Today, not so much. Heading off to costco to get RX's filled, which will entale an hour of waiting/shopping. I'm going to try PULLING the cart for my steps!

L: chicken breast, HB Egg, Cottage Cheese, and hummus
S: Yogurt b4 costco
D: Chicken somthing

Been busy getting ready for our church fundraiser tomorrow..its the biggest one for the year so there is lots to do!
B premier caramel in decaf coffee
L baked bbq chicken wings
D chicken Alfredo with fettuccini for the boys
Vitamins and water in. Walking.
