Less than 24 Hour until VSG - Nerves/Coffee
Its normal. We all had that. Don't worry, everything will go very well.
as I remember from my training, you could drink coffee up to 12hrs before the surgery.

excuse me, but "we" didn't all have that. I for one, did not. Please don't try to speak for me by using the word"all".
Totally normal. :) Not all of us go through this, but it's not abnormal at all.
Coffee is a weird one - some plans allow it, some don't. I'd call your surgeon and ask to be sure.
Stay focused on the end results. You can do it!

TOTALLY normal!! My "internal freak out" was actually 2 days before surgery. I did the WTH thing too. Then the day before surgery I found some sort of internal peace. And the morning of surgery I was super excited. It was my DH that was freaking out. haha
Try and keep yourself busy today. Put new fresh sheets on the bed for when you get home. Clean out cabinets. Organize all your post-op stuff. That really helped me find my peace.
And most of all........................Good Luck!! You're be just fine!!
