First goal reached :) Cant stop smiling

Good Morning from Wintery Australia :)

I just wanted to share that I reached my first goal of my journey - getting under 100 kilos (220 lbs) over the weekend. I hopped on the scales this morning and im officially 99.8 kgs (219 lbs) So long triple digits - I will never see you again :) So happy ........

We were up at our block on the weekend - 24 acre property in Northern Victoria and I was helping drench cows etc so put on my jeans for the first time since my surgery - I virtually need a belt. I was so happy. Prior to surgery they were so tight and I found sitting in them super uncomfortable. Was at the stage I should have been going up a size but my head refused. I will soon be looking at a size 16 pair wahoooooo but for now I need to invest in a good belt

I know what you mean... we hit milestones together today. I've been telling my wife every five minutes "know what???? I'm below 300 now".

Indeed, you're well on your way, and I highly recommend Onederland, it's a great place to live! And yes, thank you, I'm much better. I hope it's another 15 years before I have a cold again, though! lol
