Woot - Friday here - been a long week at work and Im ready for the weekend. Will be filled with work at our block. We are going up there to work with our neighbour to fix the erosion so the fences can be re-done. I wont be doing any of the heavy stuff but will be good to be up there. Its my happy place. Roll on 8 years when we are planning to move up there !

Hoping tommorrow gives me my first goal of getting under 100 kgs (220lbs) I weighed this morning and was exactly 100kgs.
I'm so jealous, Gwen! I hope I can figure out a way to at least get a tummy tuck and my arms done someday! You go, girl!

I hope you can figure it out too! Figuring out how to pay for reconstructive surgery is a challenge - and then recovery time as well. (At least, it was a challenge for me.)

Late reply because it's technically 7/28 early a.m. now. Good on track day for me.
B: 2 eggs scrambled with peppers
L: tuna and sliced tomato
D: Sashimi and edamame. Place by my house has a sashimi appetizer for $12 and I probably eat there 1ce a week now.
E: minimal.Need to work on that.
