Yeah, I had the same thing when I dropped my morning snack. It helped when I jiggered my meal times a bit to spread them farther out.

Had a boatload of stuff to do today (day off), and naturally, woke up with a stuffy head, sore throat, and swollen glands. I feel like a truck backed over me! I know I got this from one of the camp counselors who had summer colds...bleh. Only 2.5 weeks left of my job...boo :( No prospects yet but lots of apps out, fingers crossed!

B: Dannon L&F 80 yogurt w/Fiber One, coffee w/H&H and xylitol

L&D: No idea, maybe some ham and cheese later

I think it's Monday again and I must have missed the memo..running LOW on patience today It's my husband's boss' wife's birthday today and so I have a birthday cake in the oven..was so tempted to lick the spatula, but I didn't.

B premier caramel in decaf coffee

S 90 calorie Buddig pack (chicken)

L more taco guts

D TBD, possibly turkey breast on the grill

Vitamins in. Water on track. Late evening walk.

Good Morning All :) Wednesday here - Im the odd one out :)

Planted 3 Crepe Myrtle trees last night - should look lovely once established.

B: 1/2 wholegrain sandwich with roast beef & avocado - need to increase fibre and dont want to be drinking benefibre every day if I can do it thru food

S: Chobani Yoghurt Pouch

L: Slice Roast Beef & Roast Veg - half of my dinner from last night - no way I could eat it all

S: Triangle of cheese

D: Same as Lunch - made a big slow cooked piece of beef

Today is officially 1 month since I made the best decision of my life. I am down 33lbs since pre op and I feel great :) Taking pics tonight as I intend to do each month - will be good to look back over the 12 months and see the changes. I forgot to do my measurements at the start but thinking I will take them tonight and start from 1 month out
