Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 7/25/17
Morning VSGers! I saw a new low on the scale this morning! I hope that means I'm breaking this stall and going to see my goal of 145 soon. I decided to take a mental health day from work today. The kids are going to the sitters and I'm going to get us ready for Jon and me's mini-vacation that starts tomorrow. If the weather is good we're hoping to go rappelling or rock climbing at Ausable Chasm sometime this week (who am I?!).
I switched around MFP to use M1, M2, etc instead of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and now I'm all out of sorts and struggling to meal plan. I guess it was fine when I added an extra yogurt somewhere in there but it's no ok when I give it a name!
Food will be a little scroungy today because we don't want to grocery shop before a trip.

Intermittent fasting made me hangry. I might try again in a few months if needed.

Little snafu with the sand dune climbing yesterday - the sand was blistering hot! So we're going to try to go early today before it heats up. Then a walk sometime later...

I'm still feeling exhausted. We will be going away fro the weekend. Looking forward to swimming and relaxing. One of my biggest pleasures is being able to put on a bathing suit and get in the water. I spent so many years hiding. I'm still embarrassed of my legs, but that's what cover-ups are for.

Today is a school day for me. I'm in the last three weeks of the term (which is only 8 weeks long) so I have papers and things to finish up.

Running around today doing last minute prep as I'm heading up to Mom's to be her date for a family wedding this weekend. Hubs staying home to clean litter boxes, LoL! (and happily avoid the family interrogations)
B: coffee w/ cream & sugar, HB egg, small can flavored tuna
S: homemade protein shake
L: salad with maple chipotle pork add-in and some cheese, Americano Misto coffee w/1% (a new discovery for me)
S: turkey pepperoni and cheese string
D: last bit of salad with some kind of protein
E: 30 mins on treadmill
L: 2L water, various hot beverages

Should be a quiet day at work. Probably too moist to chance a walk today, it rained off and on yesterday.

Its a swamp outside. I may stay inside and walk today. I had 7K steps before I even went to the gym yesterday. but now that I think of it, my knee was a little ouchy after my walk yesterday. So maybe I'll go do the elliptical. Yesterdays food was decent. I had a hypoglycemic event yesterday morning, so ended up with a bit more calories trying to level back out. But I was still in normal range.
