Wahooo I can finally join in - though its Monday morning here in Australia and Im back at work. Why do the weekends go so fast and the weeks so slow :)

Im on solid foods and tolerating really well. Have been cooking up a storm and the top drawer of the freezer is pull of mini zip lock bags with food I can eat :) I have to say Eggfaces recipes are great

B: 2 Mini savory ricotta pancakes

S: Turkey, avocado & cheese roll up

L: Cucumber bites with Chicken Salad

D: Filling from Chicken Cannoloni in tomato sauce - leftovers from last nights meal

Water and a protein shake - I didnt drink enough Saturday as we had my stepsons Baby Reveal and my body sure let me know !

Have a great day - balance of the weekend

Very sad week. I had to say goodbye to my sweet dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She was a week past her 14th birthday and let me know it was time to go. I keep waiting for her to come into my office looking for her snuggles. Also a super busy week at work. Between the two, I'm emotionally spent and do not feel like exercising at all. I'm just dragging ass today so am just planning to watch baseball. (Go Dbacks!)

My six month check with the doctor is Tuesday. It will be good to get the Tanita read with the body fat % etc. for comparison.

B: 1/2 Denver Omelet

L: Ahi poke on field greens (at Kona Grill - it was delicious!)

D: planning to have 1 chicken thigh and leftover cole slaw

S: If I'm still hangry later, I'll have a Danon L&F Greek Yogurt.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Our fur babies are part of our family and it's so very painful when they go. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry about your baby. Letting go is the bravest thing we can do for them.

Thank you. It's hard even though I know it was time.

I'm so very sorry. I've only ever had fur-babies. It's a dreadful loss.
