I was saying that a little sarcastically lol, but I can fit so much in my stomach, it's not that I feel satisfied, I just feel really hungry! I'll type up a food post in a moment.

Ok so here is what I had for today, I excersiced on the elliptical for 20 minutes, then light weights too.

My hunger really kicked in two hours after the gym, and I was just so genuinely hungry. I don't know if because of excercising food digests much much quicker, especially with the sleeve. But I was hungry, not just head hungry. I ate my lunch/snack within maybe a 3 hour period, which is really my concern, volume. Yikes

breakfast: premiere

snack: 8 almonds

lunch: 4 oz ground beef, 10 cashews, and some cantaloupe, 1 rib no sauce. (Spaced out a bit)

snack: banana

skipping dinner because I'm full

Approximately: 840 calories

I would recommend changing your meal times so that you're eating after you exercise - when you're getting hungry.

I'd skip the carbs - specifically the fruit, because those are just going to increase your cravings for more carbs.

What time of day are you working out?

I tend to exercise fasted and drink my protein shake for breakfast within a half hour of working out. Then I wait until I get hungry for meal #2 which tends to be around 2pm. I force myself to wait until 2pm if I get hungry before that. Then dinner is around 8pm (since that's when my partner gets home from work).

Hmmm, that's a good idea, I know when I workout at night, it's easy to eat normally because I'm too tired to snack. That's why I tried to stretch out my lunch until 2 ish. I had my protein shake and then gym around 11, ate around 1. I wasn't famished by that point though, but eating triggers it, so maybe that's my problem, maybe I wouldn't have had that problem if I had lunch immediately after.

I will avoid the fruit for now, do you have any suggestions for a refreshing snack? Maybe I'll go back to flavored water, because right now I've been content with just plain water.

I think having anxiety doesn't help because I've used it to cope all these years, and I was particularly stressed out today; maybe it really was head hunger...idk. Something I've been working on fixing but it's still a work in progress.

I also think you are eating a lot of nuts for so early out. Have a protein snack- hard boiled egg, turkey cheese roll up. something like that.

My Doc always taught us to eat in this order- Protein then veggies and then IF we had any room, fruit then carbs. If you need more than protein, add a vegetable.
