Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday 7/19/17
I'm so excited! One of my distant cousins surprised me out of the blue and ordered me a Fit*****arge 2!! It came today, and now I'm hoping it pushes me to get in more exercise! Talk about a great unexpected gift...woohoo!
B: Aldi Greek 100 yogurt w/Fiber One, coffee w/H&H and xylitol
L: Swirls cheese sticks and turkey snack sticks
D: Smoked pulled pork
Water and vites on track
It's crazy that I already feel that I have to be mindful with my sleeve. Today I toned it back a bit.
B: 1 egg w/ 1.5 slices bacon, and 1/2 small avocado.
L: Premiere Shake
D: Chicken with sundried tomatos
S: 1 tbsp hummus with a couple pita chips
E: Elliptical 20 minutes, Weights squats, deadlifts, lat pull down, and overhead press.
