Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday 7/18/17
Well I finally decided to cancel my gym membership and take use of the new exercise equipment my condo association has bought. I will prolly join another gym later down the road, but for now I'll utilize the new machines. Plus the gym I went to was very tiny. They didn't even have a pool or sauna. The plus side is I'm also saving gas since the fitness center is just across the street from me.

L: crack chicken
D: protein shake
S:protein shake and Greek yogurt
E: elliptical for atleast 30

Still driving me crazy that my weight is up after Sunday's walk... now it's royally ******g me off. Still up 4# compared to Sunday morning.
It's extremely frustrating to spend all the time and effort and not see any progress.

L: 4 oz spiced up chicken with some broccoli slaw, riced cauliflower, and sesame ginger vinaigrette
S: protein shake
D: ??? not my turn to cook tonight
E: about 7k walked today so far, more than 100 flights of stairs

B - Latte and 1/2 protein bar
S - 1/4 cup yogurt
L - Pork carnitas, 1 T guacamole, pinto beans
S - 1/4 cup yogurt with handful of blueberries
D - Chicken/pinto beans
S - 1/2 protein bar
I look forward to when I don't have to eat 6 meals to get in my daily allotment of protein. I may be eating those words when restriction starts letting up.
