Another vote for pork rinds. I measure them and they are dry enough I can't actually eat very many. I also like jerky, not because it's crunchy but because it takes time and energy to chew well, plus the salt.

I tried Moon Cheese and thought it was gross. I have tried something similar to Whisps and liked them, but haven't bought them again.

Benitos (Find in the chips or healthfood asile - they're made from beans so its just like potato chips and has protein)

Homemade popcorn (you can make in microwave using brown lunch bags) and spinkle Nutritional Yeast (10g Protein) if you like parmesean cheese flavor popcorn

Seaweed snacks

Boiled edamame beans cooked in sal****er for about 5 min. Let dry and eat.

Celery with Almond butter or homemade dill dip

Pickles or other crunchy veggies

I like edamame. I try to keep edamame and extra firm tofu in my diet weekly. Not quite as condensed in protein as some other sources, but I need variety.

I just tried these and they are pretty tasty:

21 g protein, 4g carbs (2 fiber), 4g fat, 130 calories for the bag.

Kind of crazy expensive, but I just had a bag for lunch with half a can of salmon (from Costco) doused with Cholula. 40 gram protein lunch at 220 calories!!
