I also limit caffeine intake, but that's because I want it to work for me when I NEED it, thankfully this is rare. However, none of these things are dehydration.

I have clients who will drink 2 to 4L in a day, and then complain of anxiety being off the chain. I work hard to encourage them to use a reward system of drinking one glass of their soda as a reward for one glass of water. It's actually worked well. I should probably get some additional nutritional teaching/education, because I push that a lot, as well as exercise. I've even referred clients to this site for ideas for healthy eating, exercise and support.

Yay Friday! The festival sounds really great - I hope you have fun!

Today I get to see my psychiatrist for the second time to get my next three months of Vyvanse. Last time (the first time I saw her) I didn't need a new RX, so this time will be the moment of truth. Fingers are all crossed that she won't suddenly decide "yeah, I don't want to prescribe this for you" since that would suck.

Today I also decided I should shave since I haven't (aside from my lower legs) post-op and I want to take progress pics tomorrow. OMG. I could see everything without having to contort myself or move an skin out of the way. It was amazing. Sadly, I've got about 10 armpit hairs left in each armpit and shaving them isn't super feasible at the moment but I did my best and didn't get my incision dinged. (Oh to be a blond.)

Yesterday, hallelujah, food was on track. I DID get to the gym for cardio, 42 minutes. I stuck to my food, but my carbs were higher than I'd have liked.

TGIF, everyone! It seems to have been a draggy one! :)

B: scrambled egg, sausage cheese 2/3c.

TGIF! Trying an elixir today of essential oils (recipe from a nuclear physicist (on another site) who had bariatric surgery) that helps control hunger. Surprisingly, it seems to be working. It may be all in my head, but I'll take it!

Hot, hot, hot and crazy busy today! The cement truck just left our shop, and the foundation for the cooler is drying as I type, Finally! We rented a commercial lift this morning and are also taking down an old dead tree that could potentially fall on the shop as well as my grandma's house. Just took 2 huge pans of brownies out of the oven for bible school tonight (its the last night and we have had a blast but are exhausted). Late tonight and early tomorrow we will be cooking and prepping for a dinner we are catering tomorrow..somewhere in there I would love a nap. At least Sunday we have planned a family day..its been so hectic with all these late nights for bible school and getting the foundation ready, we havent had any time together. After weeks of trying I hope we can finally go see Despicable Me 3.

B we left the house before 6am so hubby took us out to a breakfast buffet..I had a scrambled egg 1/2slice of bacon and a small turkey sausage link

Vitamins in. Water on track. I don't even have time to think about other exercise, lol.

Had a stressful day yesterday, and so happy that my brain is rewiring itself on how to handle it. In the old days it would have been, "To hell with it, I'm getting a pizza!" Instead, yesterday as I was driving home I thought, "I'm gonna have a BIG salad with full fat dressing, and a WHOLE serving of smoked pulled pork, dammit!" lol (I'm keto so that's all normal food lol) How great is that?
