Happy Thursday, folks! I went to my first restorative yoga class last night with a friend and it was wonderful. Our instructor was Johanna Beekman, and she tours the country with her "lullabye style" yoga offerings. Very enlightening and a wonderful experience. :)
B: Coffee with banana premier protein
S: cottage cheese with sliced roma tomato
L: zucchini taco boat
S: triple zero yogurt
D: last zucchini taco boat (they were good, but I think the Skinnytaste recipe has definitely over figured the carb in the nutritional content of the serving????)
Water, walking, vites and supplements in, but I have ran out of Prilosec. Need to get a script in today.
Well, my stall has broken, I've dropped 3 pounds since Sunday. I got the heads up that an inspector is in our area, no biggie but I am going to do a quick once over today as I have cycled a few employees since our last inspection.
B: 4 wonderful slices of bacon!
L: my usual chicken enchilada
D: probably a bratwurst with onions and bell peppers
S: maybe, if I do it will be refried beans with habanero sauce.
I can't believe how much better I handle the heat this summer than every other summer of my life! So nice not to feel like I'm gonna pass out every time I go outside! lol

90+ degrees out and my hands and feet are still cold. I can't hardly wear flip flops. Everyone else is melting and I'm not even close to hot. The only time I sweat is when I'm seriously working out. I take a 10 minute break in a hot car with the windows up just to warm up. Two different doctors say that I have good circulation... Grrrr and Brrrrr!!!!!
