11.5 pounds! That's amazing so close to your goal! Have you thought about what you're going to change to stop losing once you get where you want to be?

I meet with my NUT on Monday for my 6 month follow up and I'm planning to chat with her about a reasonable way to slowly add calories. I'd be ok going another 10lbs lighter if it happened (BMI right now is slightly less than 23, so I have wiggle room).

I think the plan is probably to add 50-100 calories per wee****il I maintain.

Close to your goal! Depending on how you feel about it, I would suggest letting your body settle in. Sounds like the right idea for maintenance. I wouldn't recommend adding any useless foods like bread or such on a regular basis. But you definitely should be able to enjoy a wider range of fruits & veg. I'm so happy for you!!! Congrats!

We are having bad storms again today and so far no trees have come down.

B spinach, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D sirloin tip roast and mixed veggies

S shrimp

Working from home today, so I did a shortened 2 mile walk this morning right when I woke up. Contractors coming in an out all day.

B: protein shake

L: spicy tofu and chicken bowl

S: protein shake

D: IKEA meatballs with a vegetable

E: 2 mile walk

Making lunch right now, remembered the turmeric thread from a few weeks ago, add some turmeric to the tofu. Had a brain wave while in the pantry, and also added some PB2... the house smells AWESOME right now!

Crazy busy today! Left the house before 9 to go change my brothers bandage..then it was off to town for me and my son to get a hair cut. Then we met hubby for lunch and just got back home from running errands. Put supper on for my husband, fed the animals, and am about to head back out for night 3 of vacation bible school.

D probably a shake, but if the turkey breast gets done before I leave I might have that instead.

Vitamins in. Water, almost there. Exercise, umm all that running around will have to do for today. I slept like CRAP last night and it's catching up to me this afternoon.

It's been a hot day here today so far. I've been in another stall these last 2 weeks. I can't seem to shake it. Gonna try and tighten things up a bit again and get more water in. I know I've lacked on the water the last couple days so that may be part of the reason behind this stall.

B: L&F Greek yogurt with bean buds, coffee

L: 3 oz lean turkey with Greek cream cheese

D: white chicken chili with Greek yogurt

S: protein bar

E: elliptical for 30 mins

Congrats on 5 months, Cecily!

Hit 110 pounds lost since surgery today, woohoo! These last 25 pounds are taking FOR-E-VER!! lol 14 to goal!

Only worked 1/2 day today, feeling icky, hope it's better tomorrow. Only 2 meals because of it...weird day.

Brunch: Dannon L&F 80 yogurt w/Fiber One, coffee w/HC and xylitol

Linner: Avocado tuna salad w/bacon and cheddar jack cheese
