Late to the party today, as I've been conducting interviews all morning! Today is my first day back with my trainer since before vacation, and it's going to be rough I'm sure. I got a myofascial release massage last night. I was afraid it was going to be hokey, but wow - it was pretty awesome!

E: Upper body day with my trainer

L: 4 oz spiced up chicken with some broccoli slaw and sesame ginger vinaigrette

D: chicken kabobs and a vegetable

E: 5k walk and at least 80 flights of stairs

Woohoo, congrats on the 7lbs, Cecily! You go girl!

Day off, slept too late, staring in to space trying to get my brain rested lol. Hoping to get motivated later, but I sincerely doubt it will happen!

B: Dannon L&F 80 yogurts, coffee w/HC and xylitol (trying something new)

L: I have no freaking idea, maybe the last of the smoked pulled pork and some Swirls cheese sticks

D: Not sure I can get in 3 meals today, but maybe Italian chicken sausages
