Somehow I have lost every day for the last 7 days. That hasn't happened since right after surgery! Whatever it is, I'll take it! 7.4 pounds to onederland.

Today is some veggie garden work. The cucumber beetles should be here soon, and I need to get covers on my cucumbers, pumpkins, and squashes since they were really destructive last year. Then I need to weed some more (neverending job!). And a walk with my dad's visiting friend while my dad is recouperating from a huge gash in his leg he got yesterday on the boat. I actually ordered him some shin guards to try to keep him in one piece! So accident prone...

D - mussels finally? (We ate in last night again after my dad's accident and trip to urgent care to get glued back together)

Awesome loss. You'll be in Onederland in no time. I saw 184 this morning, but the other two times I stepped on the scale it was 185, so I'll go with 2 out of 3. Maybe tomorrow.

Still working toward the move this weekend. I will be so glad to get settled and back in a normal routine.

Woo! That's awesome! I'm just happy that my weight is down .2 from yesterday since I was slowly creeping up to 153 with my period this week and did not want to see that. Happy to still be 152 today. Hopefully I'll be in the 140s once my period ends. Sheesh. My weight is always obnoxious right before a major milestone.

Today should be a much easier day than yesterday. Yesterday I helped my BFF clean out the MIL apartment attached to her house that had been her teenage daughter's apartment for years. Since the daughter moved into the apartment when she was 16 I'm pretty sure the place hasn't been cleaned since 2010. I had to reassure my bff that I was NOT judging her :P (Just her daughter!) It was gross, but it was really nice to be active and social.

But I'm looking forward to a less active day today! I've got a haircut this afternoon and then I've got reading for my class.

News came out last night that my company is working with an investment bank on finding a buyer. It has me super nervous as I'm content where I am at and not interested in some private equity deal rocking my boat. Well it is something I can't control, so I guess I just need to enjoy things the way they are while they are the way they are. I have always landed on my feet so I just need to have faith it will all work out.

Food - I guess this is something that I can control:

B - fit frappe & coffee

L - meatballs w/ a bit of pasta

S - yogurt w/ strawberries & protein shake

D - leftovers - chicken, veg, pot sticker

S - cottage cheese & blueberries (for real -- when 10pm rolls around, something less healthy always seem to sound like a better idea)

E - crossfit :)

Good luck with the possible transition - I'm sure it'll all work out in the end! But the intermediate stuff is always stressful.

Morning all!

Woke to some much needed rain so happy about that. Not happy that our cats woke us several times starting at 3:30 AM - very unusual and we think it was the intense thunder/lightening that scared the heck out of them. That said, it was an early start and I'm already considering a nap.

B: HB Egg, small can flavored tuna, coffee w/cream & sugar (over the course of an hour)

S: Shake: Almond milk/syntrax chocolate truffle/strawberries/skyr/flax seeds & cinnamon

L: leftover greek salad, cheese string, maybe some chicken

S: Tim Horton's XL dark roast with milk/splenda, turkey pepperoni, 1-2 swiss cheese slices (spread over 1 hour)

D: Not sure, some kind of veggies + 2 oz chicken boob or a HB egg. Possibly a mini protein shake top up depending on my protein totals. I aim for 100g per day.

Exercise: treadmill

Liquids: 2 Litres water at least plus various coffee/tea

Oh cats. Gotta love them, eh? I miss mine a lot, but I'm glad they weren't around to jump on my stomach post-op! ;)

Bible school went pretty well last night. My brother got a good report from the doctor. We have 5 more new baby ducklings. If the rain holds off later this week we should be able to get the concrete poured at our shop, fingers crossed!

S ham and cheese rollup, cucumber slices

D opted for a protein shake last night and that worked well, so planning on the same tonight after bible school.

Vitamins in. Water on track. The pool is blue again, woohoo! Plus 3 hours or so of running around the kitchen feeding about 20-30 hungry, hyped up bible schooling kiddos!

D: sharing a huge pork chop with the hubby, garden zucchini

E: already up to 8880 steps - it's humid and disgusting here (just sayin')

V: yes - got some major leg cramps last night - trying to keep drinking water and take vits
