back on track -- things have been off a bit. I'm feeling a bit ucky because I haven't been eating as well as I like. I haven't tracked on the weekends for a while and I think I need to start back at that.

s - yogurt & strawberries & protein shake
d - tacos (hopefully hubby will make these)
s - cottage cheese & blueberries

Last night I dreamed that I was hiding under the covers and eating a whole pack of Hersheys mini candy bars have no idea where that came from, lol?! I've made trip one to my brothers house this morning and changed his bandage. Hoping he gets good news at his appointment tomorrow. I finally got an appointment made for my 6 month bloodwork..had to wait on the new insurance to kick in, so it will be more like 7 month bloodwork. Calling for more storms today, so sounds like good weather for reading and studying my bible verses for tonight. Still nervous about this..before I always avoided opportunities like this, but now is time for me to break out of this shell and let the new me shine through.

Seriously considering switching to 2 shakes a day this week during bible school since A) it will be later than I normally like to eat when I get home B) I can easily take it to church with me if I need to eat there

Happy Monday, everyone! Where did that weekend go? It was a hot one, and more of the same coming this entire week. So thankful I can walk on my work breaks to get my exercise in and not hoof it in the summer haze when I get home. :)
B: a few club crackers and coffee with sugar free creamer (I forgot my premier and my stomach was feeling wanky all last night)

L: 2 oz ham, 1 string cheese, 2 deviled egg halves
D: 3 oz smoked chicken, 1/3 to 1/2 cup scalloped zucchini/yellow squash

The work week begins again...
My 10k walk yesterday was rewarded with a 5# gain this morning. I know it's not really 5#, it's swelling and water retention as a result of the workout, but it's still annoying.
I'm wearing some brand new chinos today that I bought from Costco. I had no idea how these would fit or feel since these are something that never registered when I was fatter. You certainly couldn't find chinos in the fat boy store. Happy to report that they are soooo comfy and they actually give me an ass... I look great today! Feel great too :-)
It's amazing how much lighter normal clothing is compared to the fat clothing. I feel sometimes like I'm wearing doll clothes or something, because there's so much less fabric.

Good morning everyone!
Made it back from vacation Saturday night. It was hot, hot and hotter...made it to 101 in Spokane while we were there. Phantom of the Opera was wonderful, teared up a few times. Then spent the rest of the time with friends in Idaho trying to avoid the heat:-)
