Too much (Decaf) Coffee?

It's fine. Just don't drink coffee within 2 hours of taking iron, or you won't absorb the iron.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

I take a chewable bariatric vitamin. I didn't know about that, so I guess I need to plan my vitamin timing better.

My surgeon encouraged coffee after a month. He considers it an appetite surpressant. As long as you don't feel discomfort from the acidic nature of coffee I say go for it. I am drinking some now! Diane S
