Too much (Decaf) Coffee?

Does it matter how much decaf coffee I'm drinking? I got a Ninja Coffee Bar and the coffee is so damn good! Today I've had 4 cups. The first was 1/2 caff and the rest have been decaf. I use premier protein as my creamer and don't add any sweetener. I would drink the same shake no matter what. If I'm not adding calories is there any other reason not to drink it?

I'm getting in plenty of water too, I promise. The coffee really combats the fact I'm cold all the freaking time.

Honestly premier over decaf is the only way I'm getting protein right now...

I was not a coffee drinker before surgery, so I have no idea where my serious love of coffee has come from BUT, I figured adding a caffeine addiction was kind of stupid. LOL.

Same! Before surgery, it was an occasional thing (and normally way over sweetened). Now it's life, lol.

I have a deep and intense love for coffee (fully caffeinated) and drink around 2-4 cups per day. My first coffee of the day has creamer and 1 tsp sugar, the rest is milk/splenda. It's the deal I made with myself after surgery - my first coffee of the day must be without compromise. The rest of the day, whatever.

For 2 weeks after surgery I switched to unleaded and did not really enjoy it. (For me it was like replacing butter with margarine.) And now that I've found cold brew coffee I'm getting an extra 1-2 cups per day which I mix with protein powder and cinnamon for a delicious shake.

I think you're ok, especially since its mostly decaf.

Your stomach & colon will tell you if it's too much. I think a coffee bar would be a dangerous thing for me - because of all the love.

Enjoy!!!
