Good morning,

We got some bad storms last night. Luckily I didn't park in my normal spot or my car would of been smashed. My friend wasn't so lucky, hit her car and house.

B spinach, red pepper, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L subway club on flatbread with lots of veggies and baked potato chips

D cheeseburger no bun

S Greek yogurt and sf pudding made with fairlife milk

It's the first day off I have had in 2 weeks! I started classes for my CNA license since I need it to be able to apply for the nursing program at the college I will be attending. Between the classes and then clinicals I have been so busy and on my feet for 10 or more hours a day. Old me would be awe struck!

Breakfast - 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon

Lunch - premier chocolate protein

Dinner - KC Strip steak

In between meal - deli turkey slices and swiss cheese

Snack - jerky

Happy Friday, everyone! Going to be a hot weekend here, and busy Saturday and Sunday with friend visits, fundraisers, craft fairs and TARA adoption event. I need to color my almost back to normal hair somewhere in there and do about 10 loads of laundry! Ay Carumba'! Hope you all have a great one!

B: Chocolate Premier heated up in microwave for hot chocolate effect

S: 1 turkey jerky stick/1 reduced string cheese

L: insides of 1/2 of Italian BMT from Subway, mixed berry Triple Zero oikos

D: 2 meatballs, small dinner salad (meeting girlfriends for an early dinner)

Seems like everyone I've come in contact with today has some serious attitude, so I am trying to avoid all the negativity. Even though it was hot and I was dragging yesterday, I decided to drag myself outside when it cooled down some and got to work cleaning the pool. My arms got a good workout and I worked up a good sweat and felt better about my day. Hopefully it will be back to normal and ready for swimming this weekend.

Day 3 back on track. Super late to join this thread for me. I've had a busy day. I went out this morning to get to Tai Chi at the end of class so I could see my fitness classmates since it's been a MONTH. It was great to chat - I feel like I've really only seen Art and Lance for the last month. I needed some socializing! Then I got home and Art and I went out to National Harbor for lunch (yum) and then to the nearby Tanger Outlets to walk around and check it out. Something I've talked about doing for years but have never gotten around to.

Now I'm home again and tired. I'm going to do some work for class and then maybe read and/or take a nap.

1: lunch at Succotash. I ate 7 little deviled eggs, a half brussels sprout, a wedge of tomato, and a butter pecan cookie
2: protein shake (breakfast which I didn't have time to drink this morning)
3: flank steak

exercise: nope, but I did walk around a lot!

Hey, gang!! I FINALLY have something to drink that actually tastes really good to me!! Diet Barq's Root Beer! I used to drink it years ago, and root beer has always been my fave soda. Can't find it around here so had to order it online but oh, boy!! I make it go flat, then drink it...it's delicious! I'm in heaven!! lol

Quiet day, had to work from home to let the handyman in, so no gym or walk today.

Wahoo I can finally join in with todays menu. I am 12 days out and due to head back to work on Monday (more about that in a seperate post)

L: Tuna Mornay - in white/cheese sauce

D: Spag Bolognaise with Ricotta - 1/4 cup

S: Chobani Yoghurt Pouch & probably a protein shake if I havent gotten everything in by then

I honestly cant believe how little it takes me to feel soooo full
