We're on our way to Ocean City, MD today so I'm up and around early. I also don't really know what I'll eat today, but I still wanted to post.

Clearly the answer is Thrasher's Fries! x3 AM I RIGHT? :D (My mom goes every year and this is her treat - she figures she earns it with the boardwalk exercise she gets!)
Today is a big day for me since it's my first followup with the plastic surgeon where I'll actually be cognizant. I don't remember my followup 8 days post-op at all. I also get to drive myself this time which is sort of exciting. It'll be my longest drive yet.
1: protein shake
2: I'll take a bar in the car in case I need to eat on the way home from my appointment, otherwise another shake when I get home
3: whatever the guys provide - last night I had chicken parmesan, yum
liquid and vites: still haven't set my vites up, good for liquids.

I've never had the fries sadly! I ended up heading home instead of to OC because of the POURING RAIN. It was 3 hours out of my way to go and just not worth the $175/night for rain and 5 kids in a condo. Instead, I took just my kids for a girls night closer to home. We're having Five Guys, the hotel pool and hottub and tomorrow we'll shop!
I probably wouldn't have eaten the fries as I've promised myself I won't have anything like that until I hit goal, so maybe for the better.

Hi everybody! Thursday....week is flying by! Off to a meeting tonight and hopefully to pick up some kurunda beds a nice gentleman is donating to our animal shelter. Does heavy lifting count for exercise? Lol Not really that heavy beds, though! :)
B: Chocolate Premier and coffee (succumbed to temptation and had sliver of chocolate cake/caramel icing brought in to work)
S: reduced fat cheese stick
L: 1/2 c. green beans and ham, mixed berry Triple Zero Oikos Greek yogurt
D: 4 oz brisket, 1 cup watermelon balls
Water, vites and walking all on tap and getting it done!
Back to the office today. Already have done a 5k walk and 38 flights of stairs, will do another 70 flights this afternoon.
Feeling good, have finally reset my schedule to eliminate one of my scheduled snacks.

Exactly what Stacy said...I am hot, tired and dragging. I don't know where my energy went. Post op it has been higher than ever, but lately, blah!! I need more exercise, but am seriously lacking the motivation. This too shall pass (I hope...)
